Purchasing on-line
Making a purchase on-line could not be easier. Just browse our website using the categories on the left hand side and click the "Add to Cart" button next to the item you wish to buy. Directly underneath each "add to cart" button, it will display the amount of items that you have in your cart. It will also give you this information down the left side column of each page. When you have finished shopping, you can click on any of the checkout links to proceed.  A new page will be displayed showing the items in your shopping cart. It will also ask you to select a delivery option. Select one of these and click on the "Check out" button. The next page will display payment options. You can pay for your items, either by credit/debit card or by cheque/postal orders or cash. To pay by cheque/postal orders or cash then please see Other Payment Methods  below. To pay by credit or debit card then click on one of the card payment services and this will send to a secure payment page to enter your card details. Always check that your browser is displaying a "locked padlock icon" when a payment page is being displayed. This indicates that the payment page is secure. You will usually find the padlock icon in the bottom right hand corner of your browser window.

You can pay by MasterCard, Visa cards, credit / debit card payment. Your credit or debit card statement will display only a debit to Paypal

Other Payment Methods

As well as credit card payments, we can also accept payment by cheque, postal orders and cash. If you wish to purchase items using one of these methods then follow the Purchasing On-line instructions above and when you have finished shopping, select the option "Pay by cheque". You will be presented with an order form which you can print and fill out your details. You can then send this to us along with your payment (Our postal address is on the print out form)

*Please note: If sending payment by cash or by postal order then we would strongly advise sending these by registered post as we can not be held responsible for any lost or undelivered payment.

Shipping And Delivery
The following shipping costs will be charged no matter how big the order:

UK - £4.50

Europe - £6.50

Overseas - £8.50

All items are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery or an equivalent secure method, all in plain packaging with no company logos.

Your order will be dispatched within 24 - 72 hours. On the rare occasions where a product is out of stock then we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait and we will give you a full refund. Guarantee and Returns

We take every care to ensure all of our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you are not satisfied due to the product being damaged, faulty or not the item ordered then please contact us and inform us of your intent to return the product. Note: We must be notified of items must be returned within 24 hours of receipt. The item must be received by us within 14 days. Please email us. You will need to provide product details, a description of the fault and your preference for a refund or replacement. We will then provide you with the return address.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is suitably packaged and returned. You are responsible for the item until it is received. Note: we do not cover the cost of you returning products. Once we have received and inspected the item we will contact you to confirm our findings and arrange a refund or order a replacement where applicable.

We aim to keep this procedure as straightforward as possible. We will attend to all returns as soon as is practically feasible and do our utmost to make the process as stress-free as we can for you. Items can only be returned if faulty, damaged or not as described .We do not accept returns for any other reason.

Refunds
All refunds will be processed via Paypal to the original card used for the purchase transaction. Refunds will only be made subject to our terms and conditions.
